| Illx secure SquirrelMail taken down as a result of no traffic and again, the expired SSL cert.

| Apologies for the inconvenience, however the illx.org jabber server is going away. As you probably know, the SSL cert had expired and traffic was a bit low. Depending on the feedback, I will bring it back up with a self-signed cert. Thank you.
